Unlike other catering companies, we understand retail just as much as we understand catering. Our first retail outlet based in Manchester (www.southsandwiches.com) is our real life resume of everything we stand for. We’ll thrive in high footfall traditional and non traditional retail locations such as

• Hospitals
• Train / Coach / Bus Stations
• Airports
• Universities and Colleges
• Food Courts and Shopping Centre Kiosks

Through innovation, and technology we can operate with A1 permission. No fumes are generated in any of our retail processes, so extraction considerations will not have to be considered. We currently have two retail concepts ready to launch.

Full Service
Our full service concept serves every item found on our existing retail menu (www.southsandwiches.com) and offers both eat in and take out facilities. We typically require between 800sq ft and 2,000sqft of retail space with the provision of single phase electric and mains water.

Smoothies and Juices
Ideal for locations with minimal floor space and high footfall, our smoothies and juice operation serves just that in addition to Illy branded coffees, teas and other cold beverages. We typically require just 100sq ft – 500sq ft of floor space in addition to single phase electricity and mains water.
